An end-to-end restaurant management and ordering system designed to streamline operations from kitchen to customer — a web CMS for owners and native mobile apps for diners.
Orderly is an end-to-end restaurant management and ordering system designed to streamline operations from kitchen to customer. We built the complete product — a web-based CMS for restaurant owners and native mobile apps for customers on both iOS and Android — so a single platform covers the whole journey from menu setup to a delivered order.
The platform supports white-label deployment, allowing restaurants to launch their own branded ordering experience. Features include real-time order tracking, POS integration, menu management with rich media, and analytics dashboards. The Laravel backend handles everything from order routing to payment processing.
A restaurant order looks simple to the diner and chaotic behind the counter. The moment someone taps "place order," it has to reach the right kitchen, sync with the point-of-sale system, charge a card, and start a clock that the customer is watching in real time. Any drift between the app, the kitchen, and the POS turns into a wrong order or a frustrated guest.
On top of that, no two restaurants are the same. Each one wanted its own brand, its own menu structure, and its own look — without paying to have a bespoke app built from scratch. The challenge was to deliver a polished consumer ordering experience and a serious operational back office, then make both reusable as a white-label product that any restaurant could deploy under its own name.
For diners, we built native iOS and Android apps with a fast, media-rich ordering flow — browse the menu, customise items, pay, and follow the order with real-time tracking from confirmation to ready. Because the apps are native, the experience stays smooth and responsive on the devices customers actually use.
For owners, we built a web-based CMS to run the business: menu management with rich media, pricing and availability, order routing, and analytics dashboards that surface what's selling and what isn't. POS integration ties the digital orders into the systems restaurants already rely on, so the floor and the app never fall out of step.
Holding it together is a Laravel backend that handles everything from order routing to payment processing, exposed through clean REST APIs that feed the CMS and both mobile apps. White-label deployment is baked in, so a restaurant can launch its own branded ordering experience on top of the same well-tested core.
Orderly gives restaurants a single platform that covers the whole order lifecycle — a branded ordering app for customers and a CMS that runs the operation behind it. Real-time order tracking and POS integration keep the digital and physical sides of the business aligned, while the analytics dashboards give owners a clear view of performance.
Built for white-label deployment, the platform lets new restaurants go live under their own brand on top of a proven core, rather than commissioning a one-off build. The result is a reusable product, not a single project.
